In a car loudspeaker review, we subjected popular products currently on the market to a review in several categories. Two models of the well-known manufacturer JVC were of course also included. For some time now, the company has stood for high quality at fair prices in this sector. For this reason, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that the JVC CS-J520X speakers were chosen as the product with the best price-performance ratio at the end of our review. Although it was enough for a good ranking in the overall ranking, the price/performance ratio should not be underestimated by the suppliers, especially in these times.
The sound of the JVC CS-J520X
As far as the sound is concerned, no defects could be found in this product. For this reason, five out of a possible five points were awarded here. That’s a big reason why this particular JVC model scored so well in our review. In terms of sound, the JVC CS-J520X can keep up with the two first-placed units.
The structure
There are also only minimal deductions for the construction. In general, the installation in the car is easy to understand. However, for newcomers to this field, one should nevertheless inform oneself a little bit more exactly before, in order to avoid mistakes. With a little interest in the subject matter there is nothing wrong here either.
The design
As far as the design and appearance of these loudspeakers is concerned, it became clear in our review that there is a certain similarity to the product of well-known competitors. The design is well done all around, but still resembles the JBL GX502 a bit. The reason for a point deduction is therefore the somewhat missing individuality in the design.
The Price
In our review, the JVC CS-J520X is around 20 € in price. However, if you consider what a good product you get for your money here, these 20 € are worth an investment. The price-performance ratio, as already mentioned above, can’t be beaten by the other reviewed
ten products.

The performance
Especially in terms of performance, JVC’s speakers need not hide. With 30 Wrms and 91 dB, this model ultimately only narrowly fails the review winner from JBL. This shows that fair prices at JVC are an important part of marketing.
